We understand sometimes the wrong item is purchased or it is no longer required once it arrives. At Sureblend we want to help make that returns process as simple as possible.
You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 35 days after purchase. Items must:
- be unused and in its original condition (including all packaging)
- have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note;
If the item has been used, unfortunately we are unable to refund unless the item is faulty. This is due to hygiene as well as health and safety reasons.
To begin the process of a return, please go to your account and click on the returns button where you will be guided through our returns process.
Refunds are aimed to be processed within 2 working days.
All returns are examined for fault as we want to make sure our customers are receiving the best products and we can identify any potential issues early. Any faults identified are logged and reported to the relevant component factory for assessment and report.
If your item has developed a fault or has arrived faulty, please let us know as soon as possible as we want to resolve this for you quickly. Should the item require returning, please use the return button in your account and follow the instructions in completing the form. Where possible we will ask our technical team to see if there is a quick solution to helping fix the issue.
If a refund is required, we aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receiving the item back at our returns department.
